Idealna je za pripravo zdravih jedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je odli\u010den vir prehranskih vlaknin, ki so bistvenega pomena za prehrano, pa tudi drugih pomembnih hranil. Mo\u017enosti so neomejene, zdravstvene koristi pa velike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za dana\u0161nja kosilo in ve\u010derjo boste potrebovali 400 g bu\u010de maslenke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kosilo: DU\u0160ENO KISLO ZELJE S SVINJINO IN BU\u010cNIMI NJOKI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za eno osebo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bu\u010da maslenka 200 g<\/li><li>Moka 50 g<\/li><li>Jajca 1<\/li><li>Kislo zelje 250 g<\/li><li>\u010cebula 30 g<\/li><li>Svinjina 100 g<\/li><li>Svinjska mast 1 \u017elica<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010deno bu\u010do pretla\u010dite, dodajte jajce, moko in nekaj soli ter zamesite testo. Ko imate mehko testo, ga razvaljajte v dolg svaljek in razre\u017eite na ko\u0161\u010dke. Na masti popra\u017eite \u010debulo in dodajte kislo zelje. Za\u010dinite s soljo, poprom, malo rde\u010de paprike in zalijte z vodo. Proti koncu kuhanja dodajte nakockano svinjino. Preostale kose svinjskega zrezka za\u010dinite in specite v ponvi.
