Idealno bi morali tedensko pojesti dva do tri obroke rib, eden pa bi moral vklju\u010devati ribe, bogate z omega-3 polinenasi\u010denimi ma\u0161\u010dobnimi kislinami. To je prav sardela, ki je hkrati tudi vsem dostopna.
