Pripravili smo jo \u017ee prvi teden, vendar je tako okusna, da si jo bomo privo\u0161\u010dili \u0161e enkrat, a na druga\u010den na\u010din.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprava je hitra in preprosta, prebavni sistem pa jo zares obo\u017euje. Polenta ima visoko vsebnost vlaknin in malo kalorij. Ker je nevtralnega okusa, jo lahko kombinirate z razli\u010dnimi \u017eivili in ponudite za zajtrk, kosilo ali ve\u010derjo. Je nasitna in lahko prebavljiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko kuhate polento za kosilo, skuhajte 200 gramov. Za kosilo uporabite 100 gramov, preostanek pa razvlecite po peka\u010du, da boste pripravili pico za ve\u010derjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za kosilo in ve\u010derjo boste za eno osebo potrebovali 200 g polente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kosilo: GOVEDINA Z OMAKO IZ JUR\u010cKOV IN POLENTO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Goveje meso 120 g<\/li><li>\u010cebula 30 g<\/li><li>\u010cesen 1 strok<\/li><li>Korenje 60 g<\/li><li>Grah 60 g<\/li><li>Zelena 60 g<\/li><li>Jur\u010dki 100 g<\/li><li>Olj\u010dno olje 1 \u017elica<\/li><li>Polenta 100 g<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Govedino nare\u017eite na tanke zrezke in jih na hitro popra\u017eite v ponvi. Zrezke odstranite in v isti ponvi popra\u017eite zelenjavo in gobe. Govedino spet dodajte v ponev, zalijte z vodo ali ju\u0161no osnovo ter po \u017eelji za\u010dinite z za\u010dimbami in zeli\u0161\u010di.
