Prilega se k stro\u010dnicam, ribam, vsem vrstam mesa, mnogi ga obo\u017eujejo s klobasami. Je bogato z balastnimi snovmi, ki hranijo mikrobiom, pomembnimi minerali, kot so magnezij, kalcij, kalij, fosfor, \u017eelezo in jod ter dragocen vir vitaminov: betakarotena, folata, B1, B2, C in redkega vitamina K. Spojina sulforafran, ki je prisotna v vseh kapusnicah, lahko vpliva na bolj ustrezno presnovo estrogena. V ve\u010djem loncu na maslu prepra\u017eimo \u010debulo, dodamo zelje in med me\u0161anjem po\u010dakamo, da postekleni. Prime\u0161amo ka\u0161o (vso, razen dveh \u017elic, ki jih bomo potrebovali za ve\u010derjo), juho, kumino in sol ter pokrito kuhamo dobrih 10 minut. Enolon\u010dnico za\u010dinimo \u0161e z mu\u0161katnim ore\u0161\u010dkom in semeni koriandra ter poprom. Po potrebi dolijemo nekaj juhe.
