Zelena je zares odli\u010dna in ko se enkrat navadimo na njen okus, se nam tako prikupi, da jo za\u010dnemo tla\u010diti povsod. Kaj pa, \u010de bi enkrat za spremembo uporabili malo manj lepo sestri\u010dno stebelne zelene, gomoljno zeleno? Ta je ravno tako okusna in zdrava, pa tudi bistveno cenej\u0161a in vedno dostopna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kosilo: TELE\u010cJI ZREZKI S PIREJEM IZ SLADKEGA KROMPIRJA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za eno osebo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sestavine:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bc srednje velikega olupljenega gomolja zelene<\/li><li>1 srednje velik koren\u010dek<\/li><li>130 g tele\u010dji zrezek<\/li><li>zaseka<\/li><li>olj\u010dno olje<\/li><li>1 srednje velika \u010debula<\/li><li>ro\u017emarin<\/li><li>1 majhen strok \u010desna<\/li><li>belo ali rde\u010de vino<\/li><li>1 \u017eli\u010dka koncentrata iz paradi\u017enika<\/li><li>vrela voda ali goveja juha<\/li><li>lovorjev list<\/li><li>sol in poper<\/li><li>1 sladki krompir srednje velikosti<\/li><li>olj\u010dno olje<\/li><li>\u017elica kisle smetane<\/li><li>maslo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprava:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cebulo in \u010desen sesekljamo. Preostalo zelenjavo skupaj s \u0161\u010depcem ro\u017emarinovih listkov sesekljamo v me\u0161alniku na drobne ko\u0161\u010dke. Tele\u010dji zrezek potol\u010demo. Na me\u0161anici zaseke in olj\u010dnega olja ga na hitro pope\u010demo z obeh strani in umaknemo iz ponve. Na isti ma\u0161\u010dobi posteklenimo \u010debulo in \u010desen ter takoj dodamo vso preostalo zelenjavo z ro\u017emarinom in lovorjevim listom. Posolimo, popopramo in pokrijemo, da se na srednjem ognju du\u0161i 5\u201310 minut. Ves \u010das pazimo, da se nam zelenjava ne za\u010dne smoditi. Dodamo zrezek, zalijemo z 1 dl vina, po\u010dakamo, da vino povre, in zopet zalijemo z 1 dl vrele vode ali goveje juhe, v katero smo dodali paradi\u017enikov koncentrat. Du\u0161imo na zelo majhnem ognju, dokler meso ni zelo mehko, pribli\u017eno 1 uro. Kdor ima \u00bbslow cooker\u00ab, lahko jed pripravi tudi v njem, v tem primeru se bo meso kuhalo dlje. Po potrebi dolivamo vrelo vodo ali juho. Zeleno olupite in grobo naribajte ali nare\u017eite \u00bb\u00e0 la julienne\u00ab. V posodici zme\u0161ajte zeleno in polivko iz majoneze, solite po okusu in po\u0161kropite z limoninim sokom. Preme\u0161ajte in pustite po\u010divati v hladilniku vsaj pol ure.
